Work Groups
The Work Groups of AHAI
The set-up and main goals of the work groups of AHAI is decided by the Presidential Committee of AHAI - depending on the actual economic challenges.
The Work Groups are reporting to the Presidential Committee on each Presidential Committee meeting as well as on AHAI Members General Assembly's Annual Meeting.
Governmental Relationship Work Group of AHAI
The purpose of the Work Group:
To optimize AHAI's governmetal relationship in Hungary and to increase the lobby power of AHAI.

Communication Work Group of AHAI
The purpose of the Work Group:
Support the effective and result oriented external communications of AHIA.
The members of the Work Group:

Labour Work Group
The purpose of the Work Group:
To develop AHAI's labour strategy and labour related recommendations for the Hungarian Government based on the „Best Practices" of the AHAI member companies.
Strategic goals:
- To achive a labour law and regulation package which is known in advance, predictable and stable (or predictably improving) for the manufacturing companies of AHAI.
- Achieve that AHAI become the unavoidable, continuous partner for the Hungarian Government for development and modification of labour related laws and regulations.
- Short term goals:
- I) Limiting the unwanted effect of the slowly retreating economic crisis on the automotive labour
- Long term goals:
- II) Predictable, clear, upfront labour laws and regulations in Hungary, which could improve the local labour market's regional competitiveness

Membership Expansion Work Group
The purpose of the Work Group:
To expand the membership of AHAI with prominent, sizeable automotive companies (large-mid size automotive system or component suppliers, bus manufacturing companies, etc.) as well as attract supporting members from service companies whose business is strongly related to the automotive industry.
